What you'll do

• You will define productpositioning and messaging by developing market segmentation, buyerpersonas, value propositions, competitive positioning, and differentiatedmessaging based on customer and market insights.
• You gather and leverage marketintelligence through customer, prospect, partner, analyst, and competitiveresearch to continuously refine product positioning and identify growthopportunities.
• You lead product go-to-marketstrategy by planning and supporting product launches, campaigns, events,content, and regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with ProductManagement, Sales, and Marketing.
• You enable sales and partnerswith product training, sales collateral, demos, battle cards, competitiveguidance, and customer success stories to drive revenue growth.
• You communicate productstrategy and roadmap by translating product capabilities, vision, androadmap into compelling customer-facing messaging and ensuringorganizational alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Economics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science,Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professionalexperience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a similar role,ideally within the IT, software, or SaaS industry, with experience in theenterprise segment.
• Strong storytelling skills,excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capability toconvey complex topics in a clear, compelling, and audience-focused manner.
• Strong analytical skills withexperience in analyzing market, customer, and product data to deriveactionable insights and adapt strategies based on findings.
• A high level of initiative, ahands-on mindset, and a strong sense of ownership to successfully drivego-to-market activities and product initiatives.
• Experience in projectmanagement and cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Business-fluent German andEnglish language skills, both written and spoken.
