Your mission

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic corporate marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and manage marketing programs that align with our go-to-market strategy across multiple regions. The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in product marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies that support our international growth objectives.

• Lead content and campaign development and execution for product launches
• Create compelling messaging and positioning that emphasizes business value and connects with target audiences throughout the buying journey
• Develop and execute customer communications and marketing programs to upsell and cross-sell into our large base of international customers
• Collaborate with corporate and local marketing teams using data to create and improve strategies that drive traffic to content, optimizing marketing funnels
• Plan events, webinars, and support paid and social media promotion in collaboration with other teams
• Create and execute multi-touch, multi-platform content strategies that drive product interest and adoption with relevant target audiences
• Monitor the competitive landscape to define product positioning and refine USPs
• Work with marketing teams to develop sales tools, collateral, training materials, and demos
• Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and other functions across the business
• Develop comprehensive user/buyer personas based on market research and product/industrial knowledge

Your profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably within B2B SaaS and/or Transport & Logistics sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot or others preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proven analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on ROI and advantages of programs and investments
• Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on calculated risks
