• Владейте go-to-market для новых функций: от месседжинга до материалов.
• Создавайте и публикуйте сайт и кампейны, презентации, новостные письма, кейсы успеха, питч-деки и battle cards.
• Оценивать отклики в разговорах с клиентами, следить за конкурентами и делиться инсайтами с Product-командой.

aleno provides a cloud-based solution that helps restaurants and hotels streamline processes and increase revenue through table reservations with no-show prevention, personalized guest marketing, and intelligent management reporting. Its use of artificial intelligence supports hospitality excellence, eases the workload of operational teams, and strengthens customers’ business success.

Задачи:

• Use aleno hands-on and understand what its features do, how they work, and what they require.
• Bring together knowledge from Product, Customer Success, and Sales, serving as the central interface between Product and the market
• Develop positioning and messaging for the solution and its features with Sales
• Own go-to-market for new features, from messaging to final materials
• Create and deliver website and campaign copy, presentations, newsletters, success stories, pitch decks, and battle cards
• Assess what resonates in customer conversations, monitor competitors, and share insights with the Product team

Требования:

• Demonstrable product marketing experience at a SaaS company
• Willingness to understand technical details, including what data flows between systems, when, and why
• Strong execution and writing skills; able to write precise, distinctive copy and explain concepts visually
• Confident presenting internally and to customers
• Understanding of which messages work at different stages of the customer journey
• Able to bring together perspectives from Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Onboarding
• German at C2 level and confident English

• Two home-office days per week; three days per week in the office
