Your role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help us bring clarity to complexity. As the first dedicated PMM at SYNAOS, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we position our platform, speak to our customers, and enable our commercial teams to win and retain business.
This is a critical new hire within the marketing team, rounding out our core capabilities alongside our events, digital, and partner marketing initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, implementation teams and leadership to translate complex product features and capabilities into clear, compelling value for a diverse and multi-layered buyer group.

Your mission
- Craft and own product positioning and messaging that resonates across our target personas—from shopfloor operators to senior IT and OT leadership
- Create sales and enablement content such as battlecards, one-pagers, customer-facing slides, solution sheets, and internal briefs
- Support go-to-market efforts for new features, releases, and products with messaging, launch content, and audience targeting guidance
- Educate our market with content and campaigns that address known and latent pain points, build trust, and support solution evaluation
- Conduct and maintain competitive intelligence to help sales teams differentiate and inform roadmap or messaging adjustments
- Collaborate closely with product managers, implementation consultants, sales team members, and marketing colleagues to ensure alignment and impact
- Contribute to thought leadership efforts by shaping strategic narratives, use case storytelling, and executive content
- Continuously iterate on messaging and materials based on feedback, market signals, and performance
Your profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or go-to-market roles in B2B SaaS, ideally in logistics, robotics, manufacturing, or enterprise software
- Strong ability to distill technical complexity into clear, customer-centric messaging tailored to different stakeholders
- Experience working in start-up, scale-up or matrixed environments, collaborating across sales, product, and customer-facing teams
- Confidence developing content and collateral from scratch, while also thinking strategically about narrative and positioning
- Familiarity with sales enablement practices and tools (battlecards, competitor analysis, objection handling, personas, etc.)
- A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset—you enjoy shaping the role and function, not just filling it
- Negotiation-level German (C1/C2) and professional English (spoken & written); French or Spanish a plus (could be considered in lieu of German for the right candidate)
