Your role

We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead Hornet’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts—driving adoption, retention, and revenue in key markets.

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new features collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Product and Design to increase feature adoption and product usability
  • Conduct competitive analysis, user interviews, and data synthesis to inform product strategy
  • Work with the Creative team to localize product messaging and campaign narratives for key regions
  • Contribute to app store optimization (ASO), onboarding flows, and in-app communication strategy

What we are looking for

  • 4–7 years of experience in product marketing or product strategy
  • Strong user empathy, storytelling, and analytical thinking
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Design) to drive adoption and retention
  • Comfortable leading research, positioning work, lifecycle and go-to-market launches
  • Native-level fluency in English. Other languages are a plus
