As our first full-time Marketing Manager, your mission is simple:
Make Beyond Presence impossible to ignore.

This isn’t about polishing decks or posting generic updates. This is a builder role for someone who thrives on making noise, shipping fast, and launching ideas that punch way above their weight. You’ll own marketing end-to-end, from viral stunts and social campaigns to influencer collabs and paid growth loops.
You’ll help craft a brand people talk about, trust, and remember and you’ll do it with full creative freedom, working directly with the founder and leadership team.

• You’ve got range: you can write a killer tweet, run a campaign, design a Figma layout, and write a landing page, all in a day.

Your Responsibilities

• Launch Bold, Viral Campaigns
  Create campaigns that spread fast, think “Real or Avatar” challenges, Reddit raids, Discord stunts, AI influencer collabs, guerrilla event drops, and whatever trend’s about to pop.
• Own All Growth Channels
  Manage and grow our reach across TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, and LinkedIn, with deep engagement and consistency.
• Paid Growth & Experimentation
  Run and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok). Test fast, kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does.
• Build Our Brand & Story
  Craft clear, creative messaging that makes our tech easy to understand and exciting to talk about across landing pages, newsletters, case studies, short-form video, and thought leadership.
• Partner with Influencers & Communities
  Collaborate with creators, YouTubers, Twitch streamers, and AI/tech community leaders to scale our voice.
• Set Up Marketing Ops That Scale
  Create systems for content ops, automation, attribution, CRM/email flows, and reporting.
• Measure What Matters
  Track and report on engagement, demos, community growth, press hits, conversions, and whatever drives the business.

Let's talk about you!

• 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in startups, SaaS, or AI
• A portfolio or track record of creative campaigns, growth loops, or moments that went viral or drove real traction
• Experience across multiple channels: social, paid, SEO, content, email, PR, community
• Familiarity with modern martech: Webflow, Notion, Figma, Canva, Zapier, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc.
• Great instincts for what looks good, feels authentic, and sticks
• (Bonus) Understanding of dev culture, AI Twitter, startup Reddit, or Discord ecosystems
• (Bonus) Experience as the first or solo marketer in a fast-moving team
