Job summary

Right Side Up is seeking a marketing professional to develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for multiple products. You will lead or support GTM strategy, work with product, growth, and sales teams, and create assets like landing pages and decks to drive revenue.

You will plan webinars and launches, perform market research, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and product-market fit.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in product marketing across B2B, B2C, or both.
• Experience owning or contributing to GTM strategy and execution.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
• Experience in one or more areas such as sales enablement, lifecycle marketing, webinars/events, or content strategy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use insights to inform decisions.
• Adaptability and comfort working across different industries, products, and team structures.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies is preferred.
• Familiarity with PLG (product-led growth) or sales-led motions is preferred.
• Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands‑on execution is preferred.
