Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities:

1. Engage ISPs across the entire TP-Link product and solution portfolio. Present strategies and products to various departments (Commercial, Technical, Marketing) to enhance understanding.
2. Become the technical expert on TP-Link Business Networking products. Share knowledge through demonstrations and address technical inquiries.
3. Understand customer and partner requirements to deploy TP-Link product solutions successfully.
4. Relay ISP feedback and strategy to R&D, ensuring alignment with needs and priorities.
5. Support the visibility and selection of TP-Link solutions by engaging in RFQ and information request processes. Participate in reviews, negotiations, and final commercial rounds.
6. Maintain strong relationships with key ISP stakeholders.
7. Provide robust support to the ISP testing department.

Your Profile:

1. Proven track record of several years in a similar role with ISP projects.
2. Knowledge of industry stakeholders and key market trends, including new user services (QoS, Smart Home matters, etc.).
3. Experience with networking and telecom products. Proficient in TCP/IP stack, application protocols (DHCP, DNS, HTTPS), and networking gateways (DSL, VDSL, GPON, Fiber, 4G, Mesh, Repeaters, etc.).
4. Skilled in end-to-end network troubleshooting and capable of communicating complex technical topics to customers and colleagues of varying technical skills.
5. Fluent in German and English (spoken & written).
6. Excellent technical presentation and communication skills.
