Area of Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of products and manage a full product line within the Wheel Goods category throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Identify consumer requirements & specifications and initiate, develop, and implement those into the organization.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities through market research to identify market opportunities.
• Act as a stroller category owner and coordinate between Design, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Procurement, and other relevant areas of the organization.
• Monitor the commercial success of the product portfolio in the market and implement interventions as needed.
• Continuously review the product line with regard to sales volume, margin, quality, and market positioning.

Profile of Qualifications:

• Successfully completed degree in industrial design, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field.
• First experience as a product manager in an international environment, preferably in consumer goods.
• Proven track record in managing a global product portfolio with a good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of product development.
• High affinity for lifestyle and design.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Highly structured and analytical working style paired with a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent English skills; German language skills would be a plus.
