In this role, you’ll lead the product strategy for the Trading & Portfolio domain, designing seamless digital experiences for users to invest, trade, and manage their portfolios. You’ll work closely with the Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams.
The core mission is to make capital markets more accessible — simple, secure, and transparent. You’ll take full ownership of this area, from initial discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
Product Ownership: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Trading & Portfolio product area. Align closely with company goals and collaborate with other product and business teams.
User Research & Discovery: Uncover user needs through qualitative and quantitative research, validate concepts before development, and identify high-impact opportunities.
End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle — from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration — ensuring high-quality user-facing features.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define clear KPIs and make evidence-based product decisions.
User Experience: Work closely with design to deliver intuitive, reliable interfaces that meet the needs of both new and experienced investors.
Technical Collaboration: Involve engineers early, ensure technical feasibility, and build scalable solutions to meet complex requirements.
Innovation & AI: Actively use AI in your workflow and evaluate how it can enhance product offerings.
Agile Methodology: Drive agile processes including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and team communication.
Stakeholder Management: Work with cross-functional stakeholders — from internal teams to external partners — to deliver cohesive, compliant solutions.
5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with at least 2 years in a FinTech or consumer digital product environment
Strong product intuition and a track record of creating impactful, user-focused digital products
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions
Technically savvy, with experience working closely with engineering on APIs and scalable platforms
Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments — ideally with startup experience
Passion for financial empowerment and interest in investment or savings products
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action
Ownership mentality — you take initiative and drive outcomes independently
