Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Medical Sciences, Audiology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or digital health.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical and clinical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued.
• Fluent in German and English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
• Preferred Knowledge of audiology, cochlear implants, or hearing healthcare pathways.
• Experience managing digital products.
• Experience working across regional and global organizations.
• Familiarity with EMEA healthcare markets.

About the Role

As the Connected Care product expert for EMEA, you will lead product launches, drive adoption, and influence product strategy across our digital healthcare portfolio. Working closely with regional and global teams, you'll translate customer needs into actionable insights, support local markets, and ensure our Connected Care solutions deliver value to clinicians, providers, and patients alike.

Your portfolio will include solutions across:

• In-Clinic Care
• Surgical Care software
• Remote Care solutions
• Self-Managed Care applications
