Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• As Product Manager Search and Category (m/f/d), you are a key member of our growing technology team. You work at the intersection of tech & business and shape & drive the future of our online shop.
• You collaborate with your Product Owner, Product Developer, and internal stakeholders to manage subproducts or processes, prioritize tasks, and clarify dependencies.
• You handle product management tasks such as collecting and managing requirements, developing technical concepts, and working within SCRUM frameworks.
• With your expertise in CMS systems, you combine backend and frontend skills to develop smooth backend workflows and create a beautiful frontend experience for our customers.
• You support the full product development cycle: ideation & design, specification & prioritization, development management, launch & post-release analysis, and continuous improvement.
• You build trusted relationships and work closely with business and engineering teams to align perspectives and achieve optimal results for our customers.

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• You have 2-3 years of experience as a product owner, consultant, or similar role in a start-up or eCommerce setting.
• You possess strong communication skills to convey focused and compelling messages.
• You have good technical knowledge of Codes, Frameworks, and APIs, and can communicate and challenge it effectively.
• You demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills and have a high numerical comprehension regarding online sales.
• You exhibit a hands-on mentality with drive, passion, flexibility, and a high level of independence.
• You can handle multiple work streams simultaneously across various stakeholders.
• You are proficient in English for business communication (German skills are a plus).
