Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead the development of local tax solutions for our international clients. You will work with a motivated team of software engineers, product managers, and academics to implement change in the financial industry.

1. End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage the entire product development process from discovery to launch, focusing on local tax solutions for international markets.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with client needs across jurisdictions and our company's long-term goals.
3. Client Experience: Improve user interaction by integrating local taxation processes into our products, addressing the complex needs of our international clients.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulators to ensure seamless integration and compliance with standards.
5. Delivery Management: Oversee resources, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful product delivery.
6. Agile Methodologies: Apply agile practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to foster collaboration and transparency.

Qualifications

• Interest in international taxation of clients' capital gains.
• Experience in product management, preferably in capital markets or banking.
• Curiosity to explore complex topics with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on approach from ideation to user stories.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus but not required.
