Qualifikationen

  • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlichem mit soliden technischen Qualifikationen.
  • Erfahrung in IT-Projektmanagement und Prozessmanagement von Analyse bis Implementierung.

  • Koordination und Verantwortung für die Erstellung einer neuen Plattform zur Verbesserung des Versicherungsprozesses.

Your Tasks

Searched is a Product Manager (m/f/d) to coordinate and own the development of the MMS own Insurance Platform to provide comprehensive visibility and control over the complete insurance process, enhancing operational efficiency and economic performance. Setting up a MMS own policy engine that allows a deeper control over the full process of product manufacturing, premium collection and insurance management to justify part of the MMS commissions and improve commercials as of the knowledge of claim frequency and related costs we get with the software. The Project will require to coordinate all relevant stakeholders involved in the Insurance operation (internal and external).

  1. Coordinate and own the creation a new platform to provide comprehensive visibility and control over the complete insurance process together with our service fulfillment partners within MediaMarktSaturn
  2. Pilot new platform in one country considering local customer needs and legal requirements
  3. Rollout of successful pilot across all countries considering fiscal and legal requirements
  4. Taking responsibility for communicating and aligning with all relevant stakeholders
  5. Prioritization and steering of implementation together with a dedicated development team

Your Profile

  1. Degree in business administration or international retail management with solid technical qualifications or similar education
  2. Knowledge in the field of IT project management as well as process management, from analysis to process definition to implementation
  3. Experience in modern project management methods & tools (JIRA, Confluence) as well as expertise in agile product management
  4. Background in customer contract management, preferably in insurance is a major plus point
  5. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken are a must; knowledge of German is an advantage
