In cooperation with our partner, ClearOps GmbH, we are looking for a Product Manager - Service Parts Planning (m/f/d) based in Munich (hybrid) to revolutionize the digital transformation of after-sales businesses for global industrial enterprises.

ClearOps is a rapidly growing, Series A-funded technology company spun off from the Barkawi Group in 2020. The company solves one of the industry's most critical problems: data silos between manufacturers (OEMs) and their dealer networks. With a smart cloud platform, ClearOps connects over 80 different IT systems to optimize inventory and proactively prevent machine breakdowns. The company culture is characterized by a start-up spirit, curiosity, and a highly international team.

Your Tasks

  • Advanced Demand Planning: You will extend the capabilities of the existing parts planning product by leveraging integrated data and cutting-edge technologies, including AI. The focus is on automating standard forecasting processes, allowing planners to effectively manage complex service supply chains through "planning by exception"
  • Order Management Quality: You will ensure the accuracy of the system when creating demand forecasts, setting optimal inventory levels, and executing automated orders to minimize stockouts across OEM and dealer systems.
  • Agile Collaboration: You will guide a dedicated team of six engineers (primarily based in Lisbon) as well as designers and data scientists. You will act as the crucial link between the technical delivery team and the customer value.
  • Customer & Market Centricity: You systematically analyze market trends and gather requirements from OEMs and dealers to translate complex supply chain challenges into actionable product features.
Your Profile
  • Domain Expertise: Professional experience in Service Parts Planning, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Demand Planning, or Inventory Management within an industrial context.
  • Product Experience: First experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Technical & Data Literacy: Solid understanding of how planning software interacts with core ERP systems and SCM master data flows. You have strong analytical skills for forecasting demand and optimizing stock.
  • Hands-on & Resilient: You thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment, bringing the ability to handle the pressure and complexity of a highly technical supply chain domain.
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Business German is a strong plus for direct communication with local stakeholders and OEMs.
  • Impact & Scale-Up Environment: Join a highly effective product organization with high impact. You sell "uptime" and actively prevent expensive machine downtime in the industry.
  • Flexibility & Relocation: A hybrid work model (3 days in the Munich office) with attractive workcation options. Relocation support is available for international candidates (working permit in Germany is required.
