We’re looking for a Product Manager excited to shape the future of industrial automation, bridging customer needs with engineering excellence to deliver meaningful solutions. As Product Manager, you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key product initiatives.

Activities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure market-relevant solutions.
• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize customer and market insights into actionable requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features from idea to launch.
• Manage the product lifecycle — from ideation, specification, development, release, to iteration.
• Monitor product performance and adoption; continuously improve based on user feedback and analytics.
• Support go-to-market, documentation, and enablement efforts with marketing and sales teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer and the market within Tomorrow Things.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or industrial / IoT tech.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, IoT, or manufacturing workflows (or willingness to learn).
• Proven track record of translating complex technical solutions into customer-centric products.
• Excellent communication skills — ability to work across disciplines and with customers.
• Data-driven mindset and passion for solving real-world problems with technology.
