Responsibilities:

1. Define, communicate, and execute an aligned product vision and strategy, including marketing the product.
2. Manage product profitability, quality, and roadmap globally.
3. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors' capabilities; derive and execute improvement actions.
4. Collaborate with international stakeholders for continuous product development and revenue generation.
5. Continuously improve door-to-door product processes and systems based on stringent KPIs.
6. Drive standardization, digitalization, and innovation.
7. Monitor performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and make data-driven decisions supporting Network and Customer Service teams.
8. Shape an efficient, high-performing rail & road organization with Business Units and Regions.
9. Transform into a CO2-free door-to-door product.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Master's degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience.
• Professional background in logistics required.
• Expertise in freight forwarding and product management.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to influence and work in a matrix setup.
• Proven ability in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German.
• Business travel required.
