Product Manager / Product Owner (m/f/d) - Electronic Systems for Building and Industrial Automation

Join us in shaping the future of intelligent automation solutions - with a clear understanding of the market and a spirit of innovation.

Your tasks
  • Responsibility for the strategic further development of our products in the field of building and industrial automation - from the initial idea to MVPs to the end of life.
  • Carrying out regular market and competitive analyses.
  • Translating user needs into clear user stories and product requirements.
  • Definition of market requirement profiles, product roadmaps and business cases as well as responsibility for the strategic and economic direction of the product.
  • Development of go-to-market strategies together with marketing and support in positioning the products in line with the target group.
  • Monitoring the market launch in a data-driven process.
  • Measuring product success based on relevant KPIs, initiating new features and releases as well as responsibility for sustainable growth in the market.
  • Responsibility for ensuring that all requirements along the entire customer journey are taken into account.
Your profile
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification with a technical background.
  • Several years of experience as a product owner or product manager for technologically sophisticated products - ideally in the field of building or industrial automation.
  • Deep understanding of market mechanisms, regulatory requirements and industry developments in building automation technology.
  • Experience with agile working methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
  • Business fluent German and good English skills.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to trade fairs, customer and market contact and international cooperation.
