Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. Its platform has over 7 million app downloads, more than 2 million monthly active users, and over 7,000 partner stores.

• Build the segmentation and product-adaptation stream across partners, product categories, and customer segments
• Define how pricing, promotions, sales processes, and customer journeys should adapt for each segment
• Own product development for the repeat-customer segment, segmenting the existing base and turning retention opportunities into shipped product mechanics
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across the core product, web, customer app, and agent app, coordinating delivery through several teams and shared development resources
• Build hypotheses with Product Marketing and Analytics, run tests and pilots, assess results, and scale effective mechanics
• Build analytical assessments and business cases to support product decisions
• Manage parallel workstreams and cross-team dependencies, reprioritising when urgent product or business initiatives require support

Требования

• Strong product management experience with end-to-end ownership from research and problem framing through solution design, delivery, and iteration
• Combined product, business, and hands-on execution approach
• Proven cross-functional delivery across several teams, systems, or customer touchpoints
• Experience aligning Product, Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and commercial stakeholders, including shared resources
• Strong commercial thinking and understanding of how product mechanics affect growth and profitability
• Comfort working with data, including basic SQL or AI-assisted analytical tools, to explore data, validate assumptions independently, and build practical business cases
• Ability to work independently in an evolving environment with shifting ownership areas and short-term priorities
• Strong structured communication and stakeholder management
• Strong English
• Nice to have: Longer stay in Manila during the first 2–3 months for onboarding, product immersion, and close collaboration with the team
