Salmon is a fintech company and licensed neobank that provides modern banking services in the Philippines. It is building a financial super app for millions of Filipinos and aims to expand into new global markets.

Задачи:

Develop and implement individual features from scratch with high-quality code; Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and implement user-facing features; Integrate RESTful APIs into the Android app; Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and refactor code to maintain high quality; Troubleshoot issues reported by users or identified through testing; Work closely with the QA team to ensure proper testing and quality assurance of the Android application.

Требования:

3+ Years of experience in Android development with Kotlin; Strong knowledge of Android SDK and Jetpack Compose; Understanding of modern app architecture using MVI and Clean principles; Experience with dependency injection using Dagger; Familiarity with custom navigation approaches; Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs with OkHttp; Good knowledge of coroutines and reactive flows using Kotlin Flow; Practical experience writing unit and integration tests with Mockito and JUnit; Experience with Git-based workflows; Salmon uses GitLab with automated release trains every 3 weeks; Familiarity with analytics and monitoring tools including Amplitude, Firebase, and Splunk; Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to collaborate with product, QA, and design teams.
