Qualifikationen

• Практическое использование SQL, включая оконные функции, CTE и сложные соединения

• Плюсом будет знание Databricks, Spark SQL, dbt, Python, BI-дашбордов; опыт в финтехе/банковской сфере

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. It combines global fintech expertise with local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.

Задачи

• Work directly on the deposits product and influence what gets measured and why
• Take business questions end to end by pulling data, analysing it, and developing recommendations
• Handle recurring portfolio reporting, ad-hoc research, segmentation, and unit economics
• Build reporting and analytics on the deposits portfolio, including volumes, structure, and dynamics over time
• Define the product metric tree, funnels, and retention analysis
• Monitor liquidity and concentration across the portfolio
• Forecast depositor churn and identify its drivers
• Run ad-hoc research, customer segmentation, and unit-economics analysis
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for the product team.

Требования

• Apply SQL in practice, including window functions, CTEs, and complex joins
• Have a solid grounding in statistics
• Run investigations end to end, from question to conclusion
• Have English at B1 or above for written communication, documentation, and calls
• Demonstrate analytical maturity beyond years of experience
• Nice to have: Databricks or Spark SQL, dbt, Python, BI dashboards, experience in fintech or banking.
