Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product and Service Manager specializing in patent renewals to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our patent renewal services, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency in our offerings.
Your Responsibilities
- Understand Dennemeyer’s strategic vision to provide customers with a digital user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize patent renewal processes, including automation and efficiency enhancements.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points; define core segments and customer target groups (product-market-fit).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of patent renewal services with other IP management solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to patent renewals, and incorporate relevant updates into our services.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding patent renewal inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and performance of patent renewal services, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on patent renewal processes and procedures.
- Work closely together with other product managers to improve integration of the company’s product portfolio, thus contributing to a better customer experience in Dennemeyer’s digital ecosystem.
Your Profile
- BA/MSc/MA in business administration, entrepreneurship, computer science or relevant field.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
- Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong business acumen and technology sophistication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ready to actively contribute to develop success.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- A real team player skilled at working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; French, German, Japanese or Chinese is considered an asset.
