This is what you will do:
The Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing projects and initiatives aligned with the Marketing strategy. They will work closely with the Marketing team, Sales team, and other functions.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing a deep understanding of the market and disease landscape.
- Supporting the development of strategic and tactical plans in alignment with the Global strategy.
- Creating and implementing marketing initiatives and materials for both personnel and non-personnel communication in collaboration with the Product Management Lead and Sales Managers.
- Enhancing and driving an innovative multi-channel approach supporting key strategies and business opportunities.
- Leading indication-specific congress planning and execution, and developing promotional programs for events and activities.
- Driving and supporting indication-specific market research projects.
- Ensuring all internal and legal requirements are met when generating documents and educational programs.
- Acting as an effective Project Manager, leading the product team, and planning and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring projects are completed within allocated budgets and timelines.
- Briefing external Marketing agencies to deliver high-quality materials and activities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance to deliver marketing projects effectively.
- Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Fostering an environment of cross-functional collaboration and practice sharing across all indications.
You will need to have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry or a comparable business.
- Experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
- Experience managing marketing agencies.
- Experience in digital and multi-channel marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, demonstrate project management skills, and pay high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of results-driven effectiveness as a cross-functional team player.
- Ability to motivate team members with a positive and constructive approach to business challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are preferred.
- Degree in life sciences or economics.
We would prefer for you to have:
- Experience in any of the following fields: Orphan drug business, specialty care, or Neurology.
- MBA qualifications are desirable.
