Your Mission

Ship innovative bank payment products and features swiftly. Take ownership of high-level strategic goals and relentlessly deliver through creative problem solving and diligent execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand key challenges for our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Collaborate with Growth & Sales teams to identify new product opportunities and engage with customers during development.
• Conduct rapid, precise investigations into product bets to assess their nature, size, and feasibility.
• Independently lead 12 product development teams to deliver elegant solutions to specific customer problems.
• Become a subject matter expert on our core products and evangelize our roadmap internally and with merchants.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the minimum requirements for this role. If you meet these, we encourage you to apply. The Nice to Haves are a bonus but not mandatory.

Minimum Requirements

• 23+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development teams and working independently.
• Confidence working with data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of structuring ambiguous concepts clearly from first principles.

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on experience building in FinTech.
• Strong technical fluency, including expertise around APIs.
• Background in verticals such as Ecommerce, Financial Services, or Crypto.
• Degree from a top university or equivalent high-performance qualification.
