Strategic Development: You advance our software with a view toward scaling and internationalization – particularly focusing on the US market.
Market & Competitor Analysis: You monitor trends, analyze competitors, and identify innovation potential to further develop our solution.
Communication & Documentation: You keep all stakeholders informed and ensure clear, well-structured product documentation.
Professional Qualifications:
Academic background: Completed studies in medicine, pharmacy, or a comparable field – e.g., as a physician or clinical pharmacist.
Professional experience: You have experience in clinical care, ideally in the field of oncology or infusion therapy.
Expert knowledge in oncology and infusion therapy: You are familiar with the processes surrounding infusion therapies and ideally bring insights into oncological workflows – not a must, but a plus.
Analytical and organizational skills: You work solution-oriented, think strategically, and can translate complex requirements into clear development goals.
Communication skills and team spirit: You bring teams together, speak the language of both medical professionals and developers – and find the best solutions together with them. Our working languages are German and English.
Willingness to learn and grow: You are curious, eager to develop, and willing to dive into new topics such as agile methods or regulatory frameworks.
Why Join Us?
