As Product Manager Medical (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the global product management of the Market Medical. You will work in a hybrid working model that offers you flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Development and planning of long-term product strategies
• Active management of products over the entire product life cycle: from market analysis and definition of requirements to the market launch of the final product across all regions
• Detailed market and competitor analyses and transfer into requirement profiles and product ideas
• Monitoring the profitability of the portfolio
• Management of the R&D team and application engineering within the development phase
• Inspire the sales team for your products, provide product training

Our requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager who has the following qualifications:

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in a medical environment
• Experience in project management and working with interdisciplinary teams
• High technology affinity and passion for medical applications
• Ability to quickly understand ideas and solution-oriented mindset and approach
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
• Good knowledge of MS Office, relevant marketing tools and SAP
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel 15%
