The job at a glance

Join our team and take ownership of our Jobseeker Platform (B2C). You’ll collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Product Directors, Product Designers, Researchers, and Software Engineers to help shape and enhance our core web product experience.

Working in the Job Discovery domain, you will be part of a team with a strong user-first approach, high customer empathy, and a discovery-led mindset focused on building impactful, inclusive products.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work better—for everyone.

Your responsibilities

  • Product vision: Develop and communicate the vision for your products, ensuring alignment with the broader product and company strategy.
  • Ownership & Delivery: Prioritise and manage your product backlog, identify strategic opportunities, and support your team with roadmaps and clear direction—fostering a high-autonomy, high-alignment environment.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate effectively with teammates, stakeholders, customers, and key executives by using data insights and structured thinking to influence decisions.
  • Transparent communication: Maintain regular communication on development progress, updates, and outcomes. Provide transparency and celebrate wins enthusiastically with the broader team.
Qualifications

Your skills and qualifications

  • Solid understanding of modern product discovery and delivery practices.
  • Proven track record of incrementally building, scaling, and improving high-traffic digital products.
  • Several years of experience working on technology-driven products in a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Strong data mindset—ability to make and test hypotheses, extract insights, and align outcomes with strategy.
  • Confident and thoughtful challenger of the status quo, using evidence-based reasoning and open, constructive dialogue.
  • Educational background in a scientific, technical, or analytical field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, strategic mindset.
  • A track record of professional growth, ideally through evolving roles within an organisation.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with 3 days per week in our Düsseldorf office.
