Qualifikationen

As succession we are searching for our Technology Team a Product Manager (m/f/d) for the product family Vertical Lift Module 2.

You can perform this role 60:40 remote with strong connection to the onsite teams in Neuburg a.d. Kammel and Bellheim.

The Product Manager (m/f/d) plays a vital role in driving the success and market competitiveness of our smart machines product portfolio.

Your tasks

  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead the entire product life cycle, from requirement definition to product development, production, market launch and market phase out. By combining Remstar strategic direction, market insights, customer needs, and technical expertise, the Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that ensures our products meet and exceed customer expectations and enables to achieve the growth plans of Remstar.


  • The Product Manager serves as the bridge between the business represented by the sales and service team and technical teams, being accountable that our smart machines are developed and delivered to market on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of intralogistics and related industries, as well as the ability to navigate complex technical concepts and market dynamics.


  • The Product Manager's ultimate goal is to create innovative and customer-centric solutions that address the challenges faced by businesses in managing their customer projects. By overseeing the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working closely with internal customers, end-customers and stakeholders, the Product Manager ensures that our products are not only technologically advanced but also aligned with market demands, competitive trends and the Remstar business strategy.


  • Additionally, the Product Manager plays a critical role in supporting the sales and marketing teams. By providing product training, strategic insights, and marketing support, they enable the sales staff to effectively promote and sell our products. The Product Manager also contributes to the overall success of the company by identifying growth opportunities, driving product enhancements and differentiation, and continuously improving the product portfolio based on customer feedback and market trends.

Your profile

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Machine Engineering, Computer Science, technical Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline is required. It provides a foundation in business principles, product management concepts, and technical understanding.
  • Certified Product Manager (CPM): This certification demonstrates a strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices or similar is preferred


  • Sound work experience in the field of product management for automated and smart machine, ideally in the intralogistics equipment manufacturer industry


  • Fluency in German and English in communicating effective on all hierarchy levels
