Your mission

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you play an essential role in the further development of our platform for AI-based document processing. You know every detail of our platform, interact with colleagues and customers to discuss problems and ideas, plan and evaluate improvement ideas and take care of the continuous implementation of the most important adjustments:

• You are responsible for developing and implementing the product strategy to create products that customers love
• Product Discovery:
  • You take care of conducting market and competitive analyses to identify market opportunities
  • You validate new product ideas through user interviews and usability tests
  • You create and prioritize product requirements and user stories to maximize customer satisfaction
  • You work with UX designers to create user-friendly prototypes
  • You monitor product usage and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
• Product Delivery:
  • You are responsible for coordinating the timely and high-quality implementation in an interdisciplinary team
  • You support the development team in removing obstacles and solving technical problems
  • You are in close coordination with quality assurance to ensure product quality
  • You are responsible for promoting an iterative and agile development approach with rapid testing and learning
• Communication:
  • You are responsible for communicating the product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders within the company
  • You work with the marketing team to communicate product improvements to the outside world

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration with a technical focus or a similar field
• You are self-motivated, committed and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• You are highly customer-oriented and have a deep understanding of users
• You have knowledge of AI technologies
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are good at analytical and problem-oriented thinking for continuous product improvement
• You have a sound understanding of product discovery and product delivery processes
• You have several years of experience in product management, ideally in the field of software development or AI
• You have already gained experience in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and strategies
• You have demonstrable experience in conducting user interviews
• You are able to break down complex topics into meaningful, incremental steps
• You have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams, including UX design, development and quality assurance
• You are fluent in German and English
