As Product Manager (m/f/d), you will you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our product offerings. You will report to our Head of Product. If you have experience in managing a B2B SaaS product ideally in the supply chain industry, you are the talent we are looking for!

• Own the product vision and roadmap for one of our B2B SaaS solutions, aligning business goals and customer needs to ensure long-term success
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to break down strategic initiatives into clear, actionable tasks for the development team. This includes writing detailed user stories and creating, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog
• Act as the key link between vision and execution, ensuring that the product requirements are translated into clear instructions and deliverables for your cross-functional team
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept through launch, driving results through continuous improvement, data-driven insights, and a customer-first mindset
• Actively participate in and lead scrum events like sprint planning, ensuring smooth, consistent delivery.
• Continuously analyze product performance, gather feedback, and define measures for improvement and optimization
• Foster collaboration across teams and departments, ensuring transparency and alignment as you guide the development and growth of the product
• Coordinate product demos, presentations, and training for internal teams and customers, showcasing the product’s value
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in B2B SaaS, with proven success managing products from ideation to market launch
• Strong knowledge of software development practices and the full product lifecycle, with a focus on agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience working closely with development and design teams to execute product vision—you're not just a strategist, but a doer
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize customer needs and business goals into actionable product plans
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• A results-driven approach with a passion for driving business growth through product innovation
• Knowledge or experience in sustainability, ESG, or supply chain management is a strong plus
• Fluency in English. German is a plus
