Overview

Are you ready for your next big leap? As a Product Manager at Building Radar, you’ll take full ownership of a strategic product domain, leading a dedicated, high-performing development squad. We offer aclear, performance-driven fast-track pathway to Senior Product Manager.
Your work will directly help innovative suppliers—of high-speed elevators, zero-carbon cement, and ultra-efficient insulation systems—get their solutions specified in the landmark construction projects of tomorrow. What You’ll Do

• Shape strategy: Define and evolve the roadmap for a core product area with measurable user impact.
• Own discovery & delivery: Identify opportunities, validate them with customers, prioritize effectively, and ensure successful adoption.
• Build at scale: Collaborate with Engineers and Designers to develop scalable, future-proof solutions—setting and tracking clear success metrics.
• Drive results: Make outcome-focused decisions grounded in both qualitative insights and quantitative data, iterating rapidly to maximize value.

Your profile

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, owning complex, customer-facing product areas.
• Have delivered clear, measurable business outcomes in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with Engineers, Designers, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Can influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions toward a shared vision.
• Tell compelling product stories that connect initiatives to tangible results.
• Are passionate about innovation and committed to delivering real, lasting value for users.

Location & Language Requirements

• Locations: Munich (4 days per week in the office) or London (2 days per week in the office).
• Languages:
  • For the Munich location: fluent business-level German (minimum C1 or equivalent).
  • For both locations: fluent business-level English (minimum C1 or equivalent).
