Overview

The role: Join Our Team as a Product Manager. Are you ready to be a key player in maintaining and expanding Leybold's dominant position in the industrial vacuum market? We're searching for a dynamic Product Manager to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Your Mission

To maintain and grow Leybold's leading position in the industrial vacuum market, we seek a Product Manager for sustainable and profitable growth. You will oversee single stage and two stage rotary vane pumps, ensuring they are competitive and meet market demands. Collaboration with various departments to support sales growth is essential. Your responsibilities include launching new product variants and accessories, driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and introducing innovative solutions. You will also work as VIN MSM for global ANA market, and take up the alignment and mapping with customer centers and Scientific Division MSM to sort out the ANA market strategy and product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling product presentations and technical materials.
• Engage directly with customers to execute orders seamlessly.
• Work closely with Marketing Managers to shape product roadmaps.
• Drive profitability through strategic cost and pricing management.
• Spearhead the introduction of new product variants and accessories.
• Champion customer feedback to enhance product quality.
• Monitor market trends to ensure our portfolio remains ahead of the curve.
• Lead the development of innovative projects to address market gaps.
• Organize impactful product demonstrations for key stakeholders.
• Oversee the successful launch and promotion of new products.

What you can expect of you

• Education: A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven expertise with vacuum pumps and machine building.
• Knowledge: A deep understanding of vacuum pump technology; fluency in English, with French language skills a plus.
• Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, proactive communication, and a passion for continuous learning.
• Other: Willingness to travel globally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and SAP experience would be advantageous.
