What can you expect?

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products from concept to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations teams
• Engage with customers to gather their pain points and prioritize product requirements based on insights, data, and business goals
• Develop detailed product specifications and maintain high attention to detail throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze usage metrics and customer feedback to optimize product performance
• Represent the voice of the customer in product development discussions
• Initiate, drive, and support cross-team efforts
