What you'll do:

• Work directly with Engineering teams in a squad structure to drive product development in data engineering and data science areas
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders (sales, marketing, and customers) to shape and execute the product roadmap
• Define and prioritize product requirements
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions
• Manage the product backlog and work with engineering to plan sprints
• Coordinate with other product teams to ensure cohesive product development across the platform
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to various stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and success metrics for data-related features and initiatives

What you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences using verbal, written, and visual communication tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Basic understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization concepts
• Experience in enterprise/corporate SaaS products is preferred
• Experience in FMCG/Telco industries is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial
