Job Description: Product Manager (UI/UX) at Ordio

As a Product Manager with a UI/UX focus at Ordio, you will play a key role in defining the look, feel, and usability of our user-centric platform used by thousands of shift workers. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

What you'll do as a Product Manager:

1. Own your dedicated product area from idea creation to discovery, development, and go-live.
2. Work closely with Customer Support, Sales, and Success teams to ensure the product meets user needs through interviews and feedback.
3. Lead the design and optimization of user interfaces for new features, such as Payroll, on web and mobile platforms.
4. Manage the design process, including research, competitor benchmarking, wireframing, customer testing, and QA.
5. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine the product experience.
6. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
7. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
8. Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
9. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B/B2C SaaS.
• Over 3 years of UI/UX design experience for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of front-end development principles (knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
• Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with design and development teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
