Qualifikationen

YOUR TASKS

1. Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitors
2. Develop sales arguments, train our global sales team and support with technical expertise
3. Identify new business opportunities globally and develop product strategies
4. Conduct customer workshops and gather feedback for product improvements (Voice of Customer)
5. Initiate new product development by defining requirements for new products or product variants in collaboration with customers, sales, and development teams
6. Work closely with engineers and designers to specify product features
7. Accompany the development process to ensure the product meets market demands
8. Work with marketing teams on positioning and promoting new products and creating product documentation, brochures, and training materials
9. Analyze profitability and revenue development of products
10. Implement measures to optimize economic efficiency

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

1. You have completed training or a degree with a technical background and have experience in the sale of technical components or systems
2. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally as product manager or in a technically innovative environment
3. You have an independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working, a strong hands-on mentality and a high sense of responsibility and reliability
4. You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
