We are seeking a Product Manager (m/f/d) for our Specialty Business Unit at our site in Baden-Baden.

The Specialty Business Unit at Danfoss is dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions for fluid conveyance and connection challenges across a wide range of industries.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you lead the product category in the region. That means you are responsible for implementing growth strategies to drive product profitability, volume, mix, market share improvement, and price. You will work with other Product Managers to establish and execute strategic plans for one or multiple dedicated product lines globally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing product roadmaps and drivingstrategic initiatives, project and initiative funnels
  • Analyzing regional market& customer needs and preparing business plans for NPD (New Product Development) and CPE (Current Product Engineering) projects
  • Creatingforecasts for New Product Development projects and requesting safety stock implementations
  • Acquiringknowledge on competitors, market share, and potential threats
  • Visiting customers and providingcustomer training to support marketing and sales teams
