Zusammenfassung

Nikon SLM Solutions AG in Lübeck entwickelt und vermarktet führende L-PBF-Technologien. Wir suchen eine/n Produktmanager/in, der/die die Produktstrategie gestaltet, als Ansprechpartner/in gegenüber Kunden agiert und Roadmaps mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Forschung/Entwicklung abstimmt.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen Anforderungserhebung, Marktanalyse, Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und die Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch Produktberatung. Reisebereitschaft wird erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Erfahrung im Produktmanagement von Vorteil.
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der L-PBF-Technologie.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering.
• Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Projektdurchlauf sicherstellen.
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zu managen.
• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie gemäß Vision und Geschäftszielen.
• Ansprechpartner des Produkts gegenüber Kunden sein.
• Reisen zu Kunden nach Bedarf zur Anforderungserhebung und Roadmap-Ausrichtung.
• Kundenvorgänge verstehen und Customer Journeys abbilden.
• Kunden- und Marktbedürfnisse in Produktanforderungen für R&D übersetzen.
• Marktdaten analysieren und relevante Markttrends identifizieren.
• Wettbewerbsintelligenz sammeln und pflegen.
• Vertrieb mit Produktberatung unterstützen.
• Geschäftspläne für neue Produkte entwickeln und Gate-Management mit R&D steuern.
• Preisziele für neue Produkte definieren.
• Schnittstelle zu R&D, BD, Sales und Marketing managen.
• Launch-Planung und -Durchführung mit Sales, BD, Segmenten und Länderverantwortlichen.
• Schulungen zu neuen Produkten und Dienstleistungen vorbereiten und durchführen.
• Produktleistung und Qualität überwachen und entsprechende Maßnahmen definieren.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and execute product strategy in alignment with our vision and business objectives
• Be the face of the product towards customers
• Travel to customers on demand to gather requirements, understand their needs and ensure roadmap alignment between customers and Nikon SLM
• Understand customer processes and map customer journeys, thereby developing value propositions
• Translate customer and market needs into product requirements for R&D
• Analyze market data and identify relevant market trends
• Gather and maintain competitive intelligence
• Empower Sales with consultancy around the product portfolio
• Develop business plans for new products and drive their implementation in terms of milestones, volumes and costs (management of gates) together with R&D
• Define price targets for new products based on input from Sales, Marketing and R&D
• Manage the interface with R&D, BD, Sales and Marketing
• Drive product launch planning and execution together with Sales & BD, segments and country responsible persons
• Prepare and conduct new product and service training
• Monitor product performance and quality and define appropriate actions

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience in Product Management preferred
• Deep knowledge of L-PBF technology
• Very good knowledge of requirements engineering
• Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills in English
