Zusammenfassung

Nikon SLM Solutions AG is seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop and drive product strategy for its additive manufacturing portfolio in Lübeck, Germany. You will act as the product face to customers and collaborate across R&D, Sales and Marketing to translate needs into actionable roadmaps.

The role requires strong knowledge of L-PBF technology, keen requirements engineering skills, and the ability to travel to customers as needed to align on roadmap priorities and value propositions.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Product Management preferred.
• Deep knowledge of L-PBF technology.
• Very good knowledge of requirements engineering.
• Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills in English.

• Define price targets for new products with input from Sales, Marketing and R&D.
• Manage the interface with R&D, BD, Sales and Marketing.
• Drive product launch planning and execution with Sales, BD, segments and country leads.
• Prepare and conduct new product and service training.
• Monitor product performance and define actions.

POSITIONDESCRIPTION:

• Develop and execute product strategy in alignment with our vision and business objectives

• Travel to customers on demand to gather requirements, understand their needs and ensure roadmap alignment between customers and Nikon SLM
• Understand customer processes and map customer journeys, thereby developing value propositions
• Translate customer and market needs into product requirements for R&D

• Empower Sales with consultancy around the product portfolio
• Develop business plans for new products and drive their implementation in terms of milestones, volumes and costs (management of gates) together with R&D
• Define price targets for new products based on input from Sales, Marketing and R&D
• Manage the interface with R&D, BD, Sales and Marketing
• Drive product launch planning and execution together with Sales & BD, segments and country responsible persons
• Prepare and conduct new product and service training
• Monitor product performance and quality and define appropriate actions

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience in Product Management preferred
• Deep knowledge of L-PBF technology
• Very good knowledge of requirements engineering
