Job Profile

Reason for the vacancy
- Newly created position as the company is intending to enter the Japanese market.

Objectives of the job
- Analysis of Japanese market requirements and comparison with existing products.

Main tasks

1. Development of the necessary changes to existing products.
2. Adjusting the technical product requirements with the headquarters’ R&D team (by phone or email).
3. Adjusting the sourcing requirements with the headquarters’ purchasing department (by phone or email).
4. Meetings with customers and suppliers.
5. Documentation of legal and technical standards.

Requirements Profile

Education
- Degree in a technical discipline with at least 3 years engineering experience, preferably in the PV sector.

Professional experiences
- Support, pre and post sales account management and project management experience highly desirable.
- Working experience in Europe, preferably in Germany.

Special skills
- Solid understanding of structural and civil engineering principles, as well as Japanese building code requirements.

Experience in leadership
- Not necessary.

Languages
- Fluent in English.

Personal skills
- Independent and ability to work in a fast changing environment.
