Bruker Optics in Ettlingen (near Karlsruhe) is looking for a Product Manager IR Microscopy (m/f/d).

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

This position requires about 10% international traveling and allows hybrid working.

• Improve: Initialize improvements with your spectroscopic products to strengthen their market position and to establish them in new markets.
• Motivate: Guide global sales in presenting and selling your product and solutions.
• Support: International customers and global sales team by technical applicative and strategic consulting.
• Analyze: Gather, evaluate and summarize market information to generate most promising strategies for sales.
• Demonstrate: Show products to customers and colleagues.
• Interface: Cooperate with R&D, application and production.
• Develop: Identify new applications to further improve the market position of our products.
• Innovative: Present technical innovations at international conferences and generate marketing material with new applications.

Qualifikationen

• Studies: Master’s degree or Ph.D in engineering or natural sciences; career starters are as welcome as experienced applicants.
• Personality: Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience: Microscopy, FT-IR/Raman spectroscopy or other analytical techniques would be beneficial.
• Language Skills: Excellent English and German language skills are desired.
