Job Description

Shape the future of Scalable's new, fully vertically integrated investment platform. Your contributions will enhance both existing and future product offerings by seamlessly integrating them into this advanced platform.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Product Manager (PM) to drive the platform's development. Your role will include improving core systems, leveraging the platform to enhance our product suite, and developing data-driven products and insightful reporting through our in-house data lake. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of software engineers, product managers, and external partners to implement change in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of innovative solutions to challenging problems.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with client needs and company objectives.
3. Client Experience: Implement user-centric improvements across our product offerings to meet the evolving expectations of our clients.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards.
5. Delivery Management: Coordinate resources, create timelines, and manage dependencies across teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Utilize agile methodologies to drive development, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team synchronization to enhance collaboration and transparency.

Qualifications

1. Passion for technology, finance, and digital products.
2. Experience in product management, ideally within capital markets, banking, or data engineering domains.
3. Experience building scalable, reliable cloud-native microservice platforms.
4. Strong analytical skills, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
5. Attention to detail and a culture of excellence.
6. Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, including engineers, stakeholders, and executives.
7. Deep understanding of customer needs and problems.
8. Hands-on mentality from ideation through research, prototyping, and user stories.
9. Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
10. Excellent English communication skills; German is advantageous but not necessary.
