Job Description

Shape the future of Scalable's new, fully vertically integrated investment platform. Your contributions will enhance existing and future product offerings by seamlessly integrating them into this advanced platform.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Product Manager (PM) to drive the platform's development. Your role will involve enhancing core systems, leveraging the platform to improve our product suite, and developing data-driven products and insightful reports through our in-house data lake. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of software engineers, product managers, and external partners to implement change in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage the entire product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of innovative solutions.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with client needs and company objectives.
3. Client Experience: Implement user-centric improvements across our product offerings to meet the evolving expectations of our clients.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies for seamless integration and compliance.
5. Delivery Management: Coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across teams for optimal product delivery.

Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate regular ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs, promoting collaboration and transparency.

Qualifications

• Passion for technology, finance, and digital products
• Experience in product management, ideally within capital markets, banking, or data engineering domains
• Experience building scalable, reliable cloud-native, microservice-based platforms
• Strong analytical skills, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data
• Attention to detail and a culture of excellence
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, including engineers, stakeholders, and executives
• Deep understanding of customer problems and needs
• Hands-on approach from ideation to prototyping and user stories
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
• Proficiency in English; German is advantageous but not required
