Job Description

Shape the future of Scalable’s new fully vertically integrated investment platform, which includes Broker, digital Wealth Management, and Credit offerings integrated into a new technology platform.

We seek a passionate Product Manager (PM) to oversee current and future product offerings, playing a crucial role in platform development to meet client needs, working alongside a motivated team of engineers, product managers, and academics.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage the product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality solutions.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and implement strategies and roadmaps aligned with client needs and company goals.
• Client Experience: Improve user-centric features across products to meet evolving client expectations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulators for seamless integration and compliance.
• Delivery Management: Coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Agile Methodologies: Use agile practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to enhance collaboration.

Qualifications

• Passion for technology, finance, and digital products
• Experience in product management, ideally in capital markets or banking
• Experience in building scalable, reliable cloud-native microservice platforms
• Strong analytical skills, leveraging data for decisions
• Attention to detail and a culture of excellence
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
• Customer-focused understanding of needs and problems
• Hands-on approach from ideation to prototyping and user stories
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma
• Excellent English skills; German is advantageous but not necessary
