Job Description

Shape the future of Scalable’s new, fully vertically integrated investment platform. Your contributions will elevate both existing and future product offerings by seamlessly integrating them into this advanced platform.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Product Manager (PM) to propel the platform forward. Whether by enhancing the platform’s core systems, leveraging it to advance our product offerings, or developing data-driven products and insightful reporting through our in-house data lake, your role will be pivotal. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers, product managers and external partners implementing change in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership : Own the product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of innovative solutions to challenging problems.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development : Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and company goals.
• Client Experience : Implement user-centric improvements across Scalable’s product offerings, ensuring that our investment platform meets the evolving expectations of our clients.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards.
• Delivery Management : Coordinate resources, create timelines, and manage dependencies across teams to ensure optimal delivery of products.

Agile Methodologies : Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development, facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency.

Qualifications

• Passion for technology, finance and digital products
• Experience in product management ideally in the capital markets, banking or data engineering domains
• Experience in building highly scalable & reliable cloud-native, microservice-based technology platforms
• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
• Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - software engineer, stakeholder or executive
• A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
• Hands-on mentality : from ideation and research to prototype and user story, you can handle it
• Experience with common agile working tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma and similar applications
• Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
