Job summary

Dantherm Group seeks a senior product leader to manage the portfolio and lifecycle across industrial climate solutions. You will drive market opportunities, build compelling business cases, and align engineering, sales, and operations to deliver growth.

You will travel nationally and internationally, requiring a Hybrid work setup and frequent collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) required.
Minimum 5–8 years in product management or related strategic functions.
Experience with industrial dehumidification and drying technologies is highly preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss with engineering/R&D teams.
Proven ability to identify target markets, build business cases (ROI, P&L) and strategic plans.
Experience growing a small business across functions through organizational development.
Track record of identifying new market opportunities and translating them into products.
Leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Structured, process-oriented approach to product development and lifecycle management.
Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

The product range includes heating, cooling, drying, ventilation, and air purification (HVAC) equipment serving a wide range of clients and industries. Qualifications And Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in product management or related strategic functions, with a significant portion in the industrial equipment or installation space. Direct experience with industrial dehumidification and drying technologies (condensation and desiccant) is highly preferred. Good knowledge of industrial segments in different countries and the different climate solutions needs in these segments is a plus.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial processes and equipment. Ability to engage in high-level technical discussions with engineering and R&D teams.
Business Acumen: Proven ability to identify target markets, industries, segments and customers, develop and present comprehensive business cases, including financial analysis (ROI, P&L) and strategic planning.
Experience to grow a small business across all functions through organizational optimization and development.
Innovation and Vision: A demonstrated track record of identifying new market opportunities and translating them into successful products. A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking mindset.
Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
