  1. How does it work? You are responsible for the continuous improvement of your assigned modules. We have a pipeline of ideas from customers, partners, and experts from which we select optimizations.
  2. To implement the optimizations, you will create user stories for software development and prepare them for release. You will always keep the technical and functional framework of the platform in mind.
  3. You will work in an interdisciplinary team and implement your improvements together with our software development team. You will be responsible for implementation and quality assurance, including testing and releases, while ensuring a high level of usability.
  4. Once everything is implemented to your satisfaction, you will work with our eLearning team to document the functionality for our Learning Center.
  5. You will then prepare the content for release. You will ensure that our customers and partners are aware of your product improvements through newsletters and website posts. You will also create videos with our marketing team to promote the new features.
  6. If necessary, you will organize online training sessions to explain the new features in detail.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. You have several years of professional experience as an IT/software project manager or as a product manager for a software product.
  2. You have a basic understanding of how software is structured and how the building blocks are connected, e.g. ER model.
  3. You are used to and enjoy working hands-on.
  4. You are experienced in creating content in a variety of media and can communicate content clearly and appropriately to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  5. Your degree is not that important to us. What matters to us is your experience, the quality of your work and your communication skills.
