Qualifications

• Будет плюсом: опыт в People/HR tech, workforce planning, или масштабируемых стартапах.

Responsibilities

• Понимание концепции сотрудника как Builder и сопоставление организационных требований.
• Разработка и внедрение AI-утилит и моделей сотрудничества человек-AI.
• Создание и улучшение People приложений с использованием no-code/low-code, управление жизненным циклом продукта.
• Лидерство в внедрении продуктового мышления в функции People и развитие дорожной карты продуктов.
• Перевод потребностей заинтересованных сторон в приоритетную карту People приложений, балансируя операционные и стратегические задачи.
• Создание и поддержка интеграций в стеке People, обеспечение целостности данных и автоматизацию.
• Ведение изменений для новых приложений, подготовка документации и материалов обучения, обучение сотрудников.
• Сотрудничество с руководством PSI, People Partners, Workforce Planners, FP&A, IT и Engineering для обеспечения IT security и privacy.

Job description

Taxfix Group offers an app that helps people file their taxes and claim tax refunds. Its brands include Taxfix and Steuerbot, and the group operates across Germany, Spain, and the UK.

Задачи:

• Develop an understanding of the employee-as-"Builder" concept and map organisational requirements for enabling Engineers and non-Engineers to ship agentic workflows
• Design and implement AI-augmented tools and human-AI collaboration patterns, experimenting with emerging techniques for People operations
• Build, iterate, and improve People applications using no-code and low-code platforms, owning the product lifecycle from concept through delivery and optimisation
• Lead the adoption of product mindsets and ways of working across the People function, and develop and refine the People Products Roadmap
• Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritised People applications roadmap, balancing operational demands with strategic initiatives and a build-vs-buy framework
• Build and maintain integrations across the People tech stack, ensuring seamless data flows, data integrity, and reliable automation
• Lead change management for new applications and features, create documentation and training materials, run enablement sessions, and gather feedback for rapid iteration
• Partner with PSI leadership, People Partners, Workforce Planners, and FP&A, and collaborate with IT and Engineering to meet IT security and privacy standards

• 5+ Years of experience in technical product management or a closely related role
• Proven track record of building and shipping internal tools end-to-end
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Google AI Studio
• Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and cross-system data flows, and to determine when to involve Engineering or build independently
• Experience managing roadmaps, prioritising, and delivering incremental value in fast-paced environments while focusing on the end-user experience
• Proficiency with no-code and low-code platforms, Notion, n8n, AppSheet, Google Cloud Apps, or similar
• Ability to design data models that support complex business logic and reporting
