The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for analyzing improvements in existing customer products and an innovative mindset for implementing them. The Product Manager will be a subject matter expert in Contract Lifecycle Management and a skilled market analyst capable of strategizing the entire product lifecycle from conception to release.

Your Mission

Your role as Product Manager Contract Lifecycle Management includes several key responsibilities:

1. Drive all processes in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, requirements gathering, and roadmap prioritization.
2. Translate product ideas into detailed requirements for prototyping and development by engineering teams.
3. Create and describe business cases, including value proposition, effort/cost analysis, potential revenue, and ROI.
4. Define product objectives for marketing communications and go-to-market strategies.

As our Product Manager, you will:

1. Shape the product roadmap for our Contract Lifecycle Management solutions in line with company strategy and objectives.
2. Stay informed about market trends and customer needs, engaging with analysts and assessing competitor offerings for differentiation opportunities.
3. Gather and evaluate new product ideas and develop appropriate go-to-market plans.
4. Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, priorities, and expectations.
5. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, consultants, marketing, and sales teams.
6. Focus on creating products that enhance customer experience and expand market share.

Your Profile

1. At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic product management role with Agile software development processes.
2. Proven success in managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
3. Deep knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management.
4. Understanding of the procurement domain from sourcing to invoicing.
5. Experience in developing effective product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
6. Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
7. An entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset.
8. Knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks.
