Product Manager (f/m/x) Haematology (smear workflow & digital imaging)

Your responsibilities
  1. Taking responsibility for products related to smear workflow and digital imaging solutions for blood cell differentials
  2. Managing and enhancing products throughout their lifecycle: the portfolio (device-related test processes, release management, documentation) and software solutions (software-related test processes)
  3. Providing application support and handling service requests for affiliates and distributors in the EMEA region, communicating with our Japanese headquarters and third-party suppliers, and creating product documentation
  4. Performing practical product testing in our laboratory, including application and documentation work
  5. Designing and supporting evaluation protocols at customer sites and monitoring results for added value
  6. Collaborating with departments such as marketing, technical product management, supply chain management, and regulatory affairs
  7. Developing and conducting product trainings
Your profile
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare
  2. Academic degree in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, biochemistry, or biomedicine, or laboratory experience in human blood cell morphology
  3. Strong interest in blood cell morphology, staining, and differentiation
  4. Organized, proactive, and results-oriented work style
  5. Effective collaboration skills within an international team
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills in English
  7. Enthusiasm for technical inquiries
